Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Buyer", or "User") and Namo Narayani, owned and operated by Rajshree Rakesh Agarwal, Surat, Gujarat, India.

By purchasing products, placing enquiries, visiting our showroom, or engaging with our website or communication channels (including WhatsApp, email, or telephone), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from making a purchase or using our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Business Information

Products & Descriptions

Namo Narayani deals in a wide range of Indian sarees and textiles including, but not limited to, Banarasi silk, Kanjivaram silk, Chiffon, Georgette, and designer collections.

• We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions, fabric details, and available images.
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings, photographic conditions, or natural dye variations in handloom products.
• Sarees described as "handwoven" or "handloom" are sourced from authentic weaving communities and may carry natural, minor variations that are characteristic of handcraft — these are not defects.
• Zari content (pure silver/gold or imitation) will be stated where known; please confirm with our team before purchase if purity is a concern.
• Product availability is subject to change without prior notice, particularly for limited-edition or seasonal designs.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required before dispatch for all orders unless a specific credit arrangement has been agreed in writing for wholesale accounts.
• For custom or special orders, a non-refundable advance of 50% is required at the time of booking.
• Invoice/bill will be provided for all purchases. GST invoices available on request.

Orders & Cancellations

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or agreed advance) and a written/verbal confirmation from our team.

• Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched or packed.
• After 24 hours: Cancellation is subject to a restocking fee of 10%, and no refund is possible once the item has been dispatched.
• Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled after the advance is received and work has commenced.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable, a pricing error is found, or payment is not received. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Delivery & Shipping

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery terms are as follows:

• Namo Narayani is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier. Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
• We do not ship outside India at present.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of every product we sell. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Eligible Returns: Products received in a genuinely damaged, defective, or significantly wrong condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange: Exchanges are offered within 7 days, subject to availability and the item being in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with original packaging and tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or used; items on sale or special discount; custom or made-to-order sarees; and clearance items are not eligible.
• Process: Initiate a return/exchange request by contacting us with your order details and photos (if damaged). We will assess and respond within 3 business days.
• Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

Intellectual Property

The name "Namo Narayani", the logo, tagline ("हर पल कुछ नया"), and all associated branding are registered trademarks of Rajshree Rakesh Agarwal.

• All photographs, product images, text content, and designs on our website and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Namo Narayani unless otherwise stated.
• No part of our branding, product images, or content may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• Unauthorised use of our trademark or branding will be subject to legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Namo Narayani shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
• Loss arising from courier or delivery failures after handover to the logistics partner.
• Any dissatisfaction arising from colour differences due to screen display settings.
• Natural variations in handloom or handcrafted products that are characteristic of the craft.
• Technical errors or temporary unavailability of our online channels.

Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product in question.

Wholesale & Trade Terms

Namo Narayani welcomes wholesale buyers, boutique owners, and retail traders. The following terms apply specifically to bulk/wholesale transactions:

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply for wholesale pricing and will be communicated on enquiry.
• Wholesale prices are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to end customers.
• Credit terms (if granted) are extended solely on the basis of a written agreement; default in payment may result in legal action and withdrawal of credit facilities.
• Goods once sold on wholesale terms are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Namo Narayani reserves the right to discontinue wholesale supply to any party at its sole discretion.
• All wholesale transactions are subject to applicable GST; valid GSTIN must be provided at the time of invoicing if input tax credit is required.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
